More and more European leaders are speaking out against Muslim refugees, and Giorgia Meloni’s latest remarks on Islam are symbolic of this solidifying far-right stand. Rhetoric aside, a balance is needed between immigrants making solicitous efforts to integrate with the European society and the region showing responsible attitude toward them.
